Xisco and Guardado are calling the attention of other clubs, same thing than Coloccini who already was linked with Barcelona. The good moment lived by the squad in the second round of la liga has awaken the interest in some of its most important players.

Fabricio Coloccini was the first one that called the attention. After 32 matchdays in la liga, the Argentinean central defender remains as the only field player that accumulates the perfect mark of 2,880 minutes on the pitch. Besides, he has four goals scored in his account, including two within the last two games. And the performance of Coloccini has called the attention of FC Barcelona, the Catalan club was interested in Ezequiel Garay, but the serious injury suffered by Racing's defender has changed Barca's plans. So far, there are no negotiations with Deportivo.

Other player in the agenda of Barcelona is Andr?©s Guardado. Sportpaper Mundo Deportivo informed on Monday that the Mexican is one of the four options studied by the club in order to replace the almost imminent departure of Ronaldinho. The other three options are David Silva (Valencia), Diego Capel (Sevilla) and Gai Assulin (Barcelona B). According to the source, Silva is the main choice of Barca's officials.

Finally, Xisco is calling the attention of other clubs in Primera and also in Italy, Holland and England. It was reported that Feyenoord is following his progress and Xisco's brother and agent, Toni Jim?©nez, confirmed the situation "It's true, there are a couple of English clubs, one from Italy and some in Spain that already contacted me, but nothing is official yet."

However, Toni Jim?©nez said that Xisco is happy at Depor and that he expects to see him continuing at the Galician club "He's content and the idea is to continue. Lotina likes him, because he has enjoyed of many minutes and I think he will continue as a coach on the next year. We will face competence at Depor's striking zone, but I doubt they will hire a crack like Bebeto, Rivaldo or Makaay, someone that will close the doors to him in a definitive way. Xisco is enchanted and Depor is a good option in order to be settled, it's where he can have the perfect conditions."

Xisco signed on the past year a contract with Depor that last until  the year 2010 and with a buyout option of €12 million. Toni Jim?©nez also said that he and Xisco would be enchanted to sign an extension in the contract "I haven't spoken with anyone at the club since the past summer, when we arranged his professional contract, but to extend the present deal for more years is something possible in my opinion. We will be enchanted to hear from them."
