The two injured players at Deportivo have improved since the past week, but they are not ready to play for the fully ninety minutes, which means that Lotina will probably have to face Sevilla without these two men.

Midfielder Juca (intramuscular edema) and striker Adrián (hip) missed the last liga game at Tenerife, and all appoints that both will also miss the confrontation against Sevilla (Saturday, 18h00 CET). Both worked during the free weekend gave to the rest of the players, and by Monday they were in a better condition.

But all appoints that it will be too soon for them. On Monday Juca was running on the pitch of Abegondo and later he went to the gym in order to continue with his recuperation process, something that was later repeated on Tuesday. One of the physiotherapists at the club told to reporters that the Brazilian will join the group until this morning, and that his participation on Saturday’s match is doubtful.

Meanwhile Adrián seemed to be in a better situation; he is already working with the rest of his team mates, but is avoiding the practicing matches at Abegondo. Asked about his physical state and if he will be ready for Sevilla’s game, the forward just answered with a simple “I don’t know”.
On Monday coach Miguel Angel Lotina analysed the situation of both players during a press conference, "Juca and Adrian are not fit yet, Bodipo already joined the others. However, both have improved. Juca worked on the pitch, he is willful and we'll see if he can join the team on Wednesday. Adrian worked at a higher pace, and just missed the game at the end of the session, he's looking good and we'll see his evolution during the week." He said.

Lotina is also expecting to check the situation of the international players, especially Andrés Guardado, who already played 89 minutes on Saturday and that will probably repeat it today against Trinidad & Tobago. The arrival of the Mexican is expected for Friday, just one day before the home game with Sevilla FC.
