Lendoiro already said that the club will not make any sell during the winter market unless somebody would be paying the buyout clauses; at the same time Bodipo, Zé Castro and Filipe have been linked with a possible exit.

Regardless to the subject of the exits during the winter window, president Augusto César Lendoiro was very clear during the shareholders meeting that took place during the weekend, “There’s only a possibility to see someone leaving: if someone pays the buyout options, which don’t depend on the club.” He said at the end of the assembly.

The same president was denying the arrival of new players during the same period, "At this point the club is not thinking of new signings. We are enjoying of a solid squad and it will be unfair to think of that. Besides, it's very difficult to sign something that improves our current level taking in mind our current resources." He said to AS one month ago.

All of this invites to think that no movements will be made at Depor during January. However, in recent days three players have been linked with a possible exit. The first one is Rodolfo Bodipo. Lotina was not counting with him and the striker was wishing to leave, he was linked with Malaga, Betis, Xérez and Recreativo, but one day before the game against Valencia he was changing his mind as he told to reporters that "I ordered my agent to stop any current negotiation. I belong to Deportivo and I will stay here. I have a contract and will defend my spot. I hope my luck will be different in the new year. I'm staying at Deportivo."

However, on Tuesday the striker was complaining about his current situation during an interview at Radio Cadena Cope, “In order to play, I have to demonstrate 25 more things compared with others. I understand the coach is not making changes, because the team is fine, but the strikers are not adding the goals that we all want, that’s why I am working hard in order to get a chance, but yes, as soon as a I could have the opportunity, I need to score rapidly, because it is the only way to have continuity. If not, there’s nothing,  and it’s that in ten minutes I have to do the double or the triple compared with others.”

The second player related to an exit is Zé Castro, it has been reported in several opportunities that the Portuguese central defender is unhappy after losing the starting place against Colotto, something that occurred after the home defeat with RCD Espanyol (2-3) and that could block his participation in the World Cup 2010.

On Wednesday, newspaper La Voz de Galicia reported that the agent of the defender already presented three offers from foreign clubs, and that one of those offers was for five million Euros, bid that apparently was rejected by the club since it only has the 50% of the rights over the player. Zé Castro already played five games in Spain and can’t be transferred to another Primera club, reason why the offers are coming from the outside, more precisely from the British Premier League and the Italian Calcio.

The other rumour is linking Filipe Luis with Atletico Madrid, though the move could be made during the next summer market and not during the current winter window. According to Sportpaper AS the Madrilenian club already targeted two reinforcements for each side of the defence, and Depor’s player is the chosen one for the left-back position.

The source claims that Atletico might be offering fifteen million Euros, and even to include other players as part of the operation: midfielders Diego Costa (currently loaned at Valladolid), Miguel De Las Cuevas (currently loaned at Sporting Gijón), Ignacio Camacho (currently at Atletico’s first team), winger Sergio Gallardo ‘Keko’ (currently alternating between the first and second team of Atletico) and young Argentine striker Germán Pacheco (currently loaned at Rayo Vallecano).
