President Lendoiro is trying to sign the extensions of contract for Lopo, Juan Rodríguez, Antonio Tomás and Adrián López; the four cases present some difficulties and it could take a few months to be concreted.

Augusto César Lendoiro moved fast to sign the renewals of Juan Dominguez, Riki and Aranzubia, but is having now problems to sign the extensions of contract for Lopo, Juan Rodríguez, Antonio Tomás and Adrián López, the four of them end their contracts in June of 2011.

Depor’s president already had a meeting with the agent of Lopo, Iñaki Ibáñez, and offered a two-year extension, but the Catalan defender wants more years and besides a better salary, reason why the negotiations have been delayed.

It’s the same situation with Juan Rodriguez, his agent is Manuel García Quilón, the same one of Filipe Luis. Lendoiro already offered a renewal of two years, but the Andalusian midfielder wants to negotiate an increase of salary.

The case that’s more close to be fulfilled is Antonio Tomás, his agent is Eugenio Botas and already received a three-year offer. It is a tempting offer and the player already said that he wants to continue at Depor. It has been rumoured that Sporting Gijón wants him, but the Asturian doesn’t have the money to pay a transfer and will only interested in a free-transfer.

Meanwhile, Adrian has received a four-year offer. His agent is also Eugenio Botas, who is also representing the interests of Piscu, another player that’s negotiating an extension. In past months Lendoiro offered a two-year renewal to the striker, but that offer was rejected; now the president hopes to convince the player with this new proposition.
