Between international matches, suspensions and injuries, Oltra has some doubts for Friday’s meeting with Alcorcón, and it’s that three spots at the starting formation are unclear at this point. Meanwhile, the rival has only one casualty.

Busy and short week for coach José Luis Oltra; he has to correct the latest errors of his team after the first defeat of 2012, while he will have to wait until Friday in order to know if he will count with the international players Andrés Guardado and Lassad Nouioui.

Guardado is concentrated with Mexico for a friendly match against Colombia that will be played in Miami early on Thursday’s morning; the club expects that he could be back just a few hours before the meeting against AD Alcorcón (Riazor, Friday, 21h00 CET). It will be hard to see him playing the game, especially if the winger performs the complete match against Colombia, and Oltra will decide on Thursday if he should be included in the list for the game despite not taking part of any training session during the week.

Similar is the case of Lassad, who was picked by Tunisia for a friendly match against Peru, game that will be played in Rades on Wednesday night. Depor’s striker won’t be a starter in the clash, but it’s expected that he could have some minutes in the second part, a crucial game for him ahead of the World cup qualifiers as he wasn’t picked for the African cup after failing to convince coach Sami Trabelsi.

The club expects that Lassad will be back on Thursday as the trip from Africa is shorter than the one of Guardado from the United States, but after his recent injuries it isn’t sure if Oltra will risk the Marseille-born attacker; actually in the previous game at Sabadell the starter was Riki and the backup choice was Xisco.

And Oltra has more problems, which are located at the centre of the defense; first Ze Castro is suspended after been sent off on Saturday and the club is waiting for the result of the appeal, later Diego Colotto is dragging a hamstring problem from the meeting with Sabadell, the latest scans revealed that it isn’t a serious problem, but the Argentine isn’t at 100% and therefore won’t be training at the top throughout the week.

On Tuesday Colotto just completed part of the training session, but the doctors are convinced that he will be available for Friday. In the worst case scenario Oltra will have to play with the couple Aythami Artiles-David Rochela, a combination never used on this season at the starting eleven. In resume Oltra has doubts for the two spots at the centre of the defense and the left wing, doubts that will be clarified between today and Friday.

The players that are already out of the clash are right-back defender Manuel Pablo (Soleus), striker Rodolfo Bodipo (heel) and right winger Pablo Álvarez (thigh). The three of them remain working apart during the training sessions.

The rival for Friday is one of the most in-form teams in the league, AD Alcorcón is together with RC Celta the only two teams at Segunda that haven’t lost yet in 2012; the Madrilenians have chained eight straight games without been defeated and are now only two points behind the promotion zone.

Coach Juan Antonio Anquela is only having one casualty at his team: centre midfielder David Miguélez, who has been out within the last month and a half due to a toe fracture. Midfielder Javi Hernandez has been training apart due to a muscular problem, but isn’t discarded for the match.  In the end it’s expected that Anquela will name an unchanged team compared to the one that defeated FC Cartagena on the past weekend (1-0).
