Coach Fernando Vázquez is ready to return to the same lineup that started the rally of four straight victories, this since Abel Aguilar is back. The only difference is that Marchena remains out injured; his replacement could be Kaká or Ze Castro.

Centre midfielder Abel Aguilar is ready to return after surpassing a muscle injury that sidelined him for the past match against Athletic Bilbao. In this way, and ahead of Monday’s visit to Real Betis, coach Fernando Vázquez is ready to present ten of the eleven players that were starters in the first three of the four straight victories that pulled Depor out of relegation.

The only man from the habitual team that remains sidelined is centre-back Carlos Marchena; he will miss the rest of the season with a muscle strain. That’s precisely the big doubt for the visit to the Benito Villamarín, because the Galician trainer can choose between Ze Castro and Kaká for the job; the Brazilian was a starter against Athletic Bilbao and had a decent performance.

The rest of the team seems to be pretty clear; Daniel Aranzubia should defend the goal, Manuel Pablo is ready to perform at the right side of the defense, Sílvio Azevedo plays at the left and Aythami Artiles is one of the centre-backs.

Álex Bergantiños should be returning to the bench as Abel Aguilar goes into the starting formation in order to join Juan Dominguez at the centre of midfield. It’s the combination used by Vázquez in four of the nine games that he has spent at the club.

Juan Carlos Valerón will continue to be the guide at midfield; Bruno Gama will be covering the right wing, Pizzi does it at the left and Riki is the central attacker. This last trio has scored 25 of the 43 goals netted by Depor on the liga season (58% of the total).
