DEPORTIVO IN MARCH

Busy debut for new coach Pepe Mel as Depor play four games in the first twelve days of March. There are five meetings in the month, four of them to be played at the Riazor.

Crucial moment for Deportivo after the recent defeats, the team needs victories and new boss Pepe Mel arrives and will have to face four matches in a matter of twelve days. Totally Depor play five meetings in March, three of them against teams that still fighting in Europe, but the good thing is that four of those five encounters are taking place at the Riazor.

The month starts early as on Thursday Atlético Madrid visit the Riazor. The Madrilenians have only lost five times in liga, but they recently loss at home before FC Barcelona, result that left them ten points away from the first place, so their goal is to secure a Champions League slot and focus in the returning leg with Bayer Leverkusen at the middle of the month.
