The coach and the players were satisfied with the victory, Natxo was pleased as the team knew how to react after the first defeats on the campaign.

Natxo González was satisfied as the team reacted after the league defeat at Alcorcón, “It was a complicate week, we lost last Sunday and we needed to keep the balance. This won’t be the last time, it was a nice challenge to return home and seek for a response at home after the first defeat. I am content for the way we reacted to the defeat.”

He was asked about the importance of Quique González in the game, “It’s clear. In the end the rival’s area is when the games are defined. We are reliable at our area and growing our efficiency at the rival’s area, so many games are unclogged by individual situations, and today he was decisive in both goals, but we must emphasize the work of the group as the collective work took us there.”

The coach was also satisfied with Saul, “I am very happy with him, there was fast people on the wings and made a great game. I knew Saúl from before and was playing for the promotion with Numancia, that’s why I am not surprised. I am glad as he stayed and you don’t know what could happen. One week you see yourself out, and in the next one you don’t know what you could meet.”

Then he explained why Cartabia was a substitute and Quique González a starter, “Decisions that you made. Nothing more, there wasn’t any special reasons. Quique was recovered, and for me the best thing was to have him as starter and Fede as a replacement, and that’s it.”

Finally, Natxo was saying that Depor must try to be a constant team throughout the ninety minutes, “I will never be satisfied. There’s always margin to improve and you never reach perfection. But you have to recognize that they didn’t make a shot on target in the first half, maybe they wanted to make a step forward in the second half, and maybe we found out more room to play in attack. What you need is to avoid losing the balance, which is very important in Segunda with very equal games.”

Quique González was commenting on the fact of scoring twice and been the top-scorer of the team, “A dreamed debut at the Riazor, victory of the team making a good game and creating chances. It’s easier to score goals when you have a lot of opportunities. I am very happy, but need to be humble, this has just started.”

“It’s always great to score an see people clapping you, I am very happy. I will always try to improve and add things, because the important thing is Depor and to add the three points. Everybody is important, the ones playing, the ones on the bench and the ones out. The Competiveness is great at the squad. Two weeks ago, I was screwed for leaving the game at Tenerife due to an injury, but you need to be humble and work hard. Last year I scored four goal with Osasuna, now I already scored four times, but cannot be crazy for it. I am here in order to add and need to be humble, but you always have more confidence after scoring.” He added.

Carlos Fernández was commenting the importance of the victory, “It’s important as it was the second home game, and it brings confidence as we got back the good feelings, and we ended offering the thee points to the fans.”

The striker is happy as the team is adding at home, “I believe the best games we have made were the ones on here, and the people deserve to watch this after three straight games on the road, and the most important thing is to add points. I am content as we won today, each day I am feeling better. I am far from my best level, but always trying to do my best.”

At Granada CF, Diego Martínez was satisfied with the performance of his team despite the result, “Nobody wanted to commit errors in the first half, the game was equal and we had to suffer arriving to half-time with the game opened. In the second half we were more like always, but missed the strength of other opportunities and the penalty unbalanced the meeting. Later we opened and with spaces the 2-0 arrived, but we never stopped fighting. It’s a sign of identity and I’m feeling proud.”
