Natxo González has 22 of his 24 players available for the game. Carlos Fernández is back from international action and Pedro Sánchez suffered a relapse.

Short week now for Deportivo, after having eight days to prepare the previous meeting in liga, now coach Natxo González will only have three training sessions in order to prepare the home clash with CA Osasuna (Riazor, Saturday, 18h00 CET).

The good news is that he is almost having the entire squad available; Carlos Fernández joined the team on Wednesday after been concentrated with U-21Spain, while Borja Valle has finally fulfilled a four-match ban.

The bad news is that playmaker Pedro Sánchez is not available after suffering a relapse from a thigh injury; he joined the group last week, but on Thursday he skipped the session after feeling issues on his left thigh. Therefore, he and left-back Sebastián Dubarbier are the players out of the meeting.

At CA Osasuna, there’s a sense of satisfaction in Pamplona as the team is finally working. The season started with four defeats within the first six games, but things have been improving and now Los Rojillos present a mark of three straight victories.

Coach Jagoba Arrasate will miss centre midfielder Íñigo Pérez and centre-back Aridane Hernández, the first is out since the beginning of October due to a toe fracture, while the latter is suspended with five yellow cards.

Meanwhile, midfielder Imanol García has been loaned to Gimnástic Tarragona. He has only played three games with CA Osasuna during the season and is switching clubs in order to cover the long-term injury of César Arzo.
