The first exit during the winter window is Saša Jovanović. The Serbian winger was the emergency backup for Pedro Sánchez, but failed to have an impact at the team.

The club announced the exit of Saša Jovanović. The Serbian winger rescinded his contract. He arrived at the beginning of the season as an emergency backup after Pedro Sánchez requested his exit. He had the lower wages at the first team, and that’s the main reason why he left the Galician club as it’s the most affordable rescission.

The other reason for his exit is that he didn’t make any impact at the team and the winter signings are needing the space. Jovanović played in 13 official games on this campaign (11 in liga and 2 in Copa del Rey). He was constantly criticized for been caught in offside positions, and his best appearance was to come out from the bench and score the equalizer in the visit to Racing Santander (October 26).

This is the first exit confirmed during the winter window, and it allows the inscription of Uche Agbo. More exits are expected as the club still has a full week in order to sign more reinforcements.
