One of Tito Ramallo's petitions have been fulfilled and Deportivo B has signed a new striker, French promise Lassad Nouioui signed on Monday a contract with the Galician club, the deal last until the end of the season, but Depor has the option to extend it at the end of the campaign.

Depor Sport gave the details of the new striker signed by Fabril: Lassad Nouioui. This 22-year-old forward arrived a couple of weeks ago to Abegondo in order pass a test with Deportivo B. And the coaches of the club, including Rogelio 'Tito' Ramallo, have gave their approval to this tall player (1.88 m). He has been described as 'deadly' and fast striker with a strong aerial game.

This are good news for Ramallo because the main problem at Fabril are the goals, his squad has only conquered 21 goals after 22 matches in Segunda B, this is the worst mark between the first twelve clubs in group one and it must be emphasised that Fabril's strikers have only contributed with four goals so far: Aridane (2), Rub?©n Rivera (1) and Guille (1).

That's why the coaching staff at Fabril was trying to accelerate the arrival of a new striker, and it's that Lassad presents impressive numbers during his career in France. The Marseille-born player impressed with his 42 goals with Ajaccio in CFA2 (Championnat de France Amateurs 2, equivalent to Segunda B in Spain). He reached this mark within two seasons (2005/2005 and 2005/2006). Lassad joined Berrichonne De Chateauroux from the same division during the present season and he has scored five goals in six games with the squad.

Depor Sport confirmed that Lassad has been signed for the rest of the season in a zero-cost transfer and that the club has the option to extend the deal at the end of the campaign. The French player talked with Depor Sport and expressed his happiness for arriving to La Coru?±a "I am very happy for been signing for the B squad of Deportivo. I am coming in order to contribute with work and goals. I always scored a lot on my previous teams and I would love to score eight or more during the rest of the season."

Lassad also praised the background that he has found at Fabril "I have found a very pleasant environment during the time I spent in the squad. They practices a fast an technical football, and I could be adapted really fast to this." Fabril already has occupied the 25 available spots in Segunda B, that's why Lassad is taking the place of Iv??n P?©rez who will miss the rest of the season after going trough surgery for a problem in the shoulder. The deadline in the winter market for Segunda B ended on Wednesday's midnight, meaning this is the only incorporation for Deportivo B.
