Deportivo reached the top of the standings at subgroup 1, it also leads the combined table at group 1, though subgroup 2 has faced 4 postponed matches.

Deportivo needed four matchdays in order to reach the top of the standings of group 1. Los Blanquiazules have won three of the four games and are leading subgroup 1. They also lead the combined table in the group, but subgroup 2 already had four postponed matches due to COVID-19 cases. UP Langreo currently have 7 points and could tie the mark of Depor when they recover the pending game with Burgos CF.

Another narrow victory for Deportivo, this time 1-0 over Coruxo FC, it allows Fernando Vázquez’s team to reach the first place at the standings. The subgroup keeps three clubs undefeated as Pontevedra CF could only get a goalless draw visiting Zamora CF.  The locals spent 55 minutes with one less player and were lucky to see two goals disallowed to Pontevedra CF.

Meanwhile, SD Compostela achieved the biggest win so far in the subgroup crushing C Guijuelo (3-0), while a brace from Elsinho paved the way to the victory for Racing de Ferrol visiting Salamanca CF (1-2). Celta B allowed a late goal and could only grab a point hosting Unionistas de Salamanca (1-1).

The battle for the first three places:

1 Deportivo 10 4 1
2 Pontevedra 8 6 4

Only three games were played during the weekend as the game Marino de Luanco hosting Valladolid Promesas was postponed due to COVID-19 cases at the visiting team. Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa reached the top of the standings after a 2-1 over Real Oviedo B.

The only undefeated team in the group is UP Langreo, though it wasn’t a good matchday for them. The Asturians were trailing hosting neighbors Sporting Gijón B and only a goal in the added time allowed to rescue a point (1-1). Meanwhile, CD Numancia bounced back from their previous defeat and clinched a 1-0 victory hosting CD Lealtad de Villaviciosa.

There’s a break in the league for the coming weekend, it will be used to recover one of the four postponed games: Burgos CF Vs. U Langreo from subgroup 2.  The league will return on November 22. Deportivo visit CD Guijuelo, while Pontevedra CF host Salamanca CF. At subgroup 2, leaders Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa face a tricky visit to Real Valladolid Promesas.
