Finally, the exit of Dudu Aouate to RCD Mallorca has been confirmed. The Israeli keeper passed the medicals and has signed a three-year deal with the Majorcan club. The transfer is around €1 million plus two forendly games at the Riazor and was closed after the player was near to go loaned to Sporting Gij??n.

It was already known, but it was confirmed until Tuesday’s afternoon, Dudu Aouate has signed a contract with RCD Mallorca that last until the year 2011. Coach Lotina was not counting with him after the incident had with Gustavo Mun??a on the past season, and it was until the winter window that Deportivo found an exit for the ex-Racing keeper.

According to several sources, Mallorca is paying €1 million for the transfer, the club from Majorca is living an economic transfer and they don’t have the money to pay the transaction, therefore it has been rumoured that probably what will occur is that Depor’s debt for the past transfer of Albert Luque will be reduced in the same amount. Deportivo also communicated that the deal includes two friendly games that Mallorca has to play at the Riazor, possibly during a future Teresa Herrera.

Aouate arrived on Sunday to Majorca and passed the medicals until Tuesday, he said after his arrival that it was a good opportunity after all the things he suffered in La Coru?a, ?Everything happened really fast. What I want is to play and Mallorca has offered this to me. It’s a good team for me and that’s why I am happy to be on here.? About been competing against Miguel ?ngel Moy?? and Germ??n Lux, the Israeli said, ?They are great keepers, but I have to train and demonstrate to the coach that I am the one who has to play. I need to work and do the right things. I have spent many years in Spain, I have seen Lux and Moy??, they are great keepers, and I have to fight hard. For me it is a great opportunity after five months without playing.?

The exit of Aouate is leaving an available spot at Depor’s squad, this for la liga competition. Coach Lotina already explained what could happen with that spot, "The logical thing should be to give the spot to Barrag??n. But a few days ago a club phoned me and they asked about him, it's a team he could like. If he goes out, we will valorise the possibility to incorporate Rodri, but if not, the logical thing would be Barrag??n." Explanation that Lotina gave on Monday after the training session.
