Deportivo could be targeting Recreativo’s attacker Javier Camu?as, while Pablo Alvarez is close to sign his new contract. Who seems to be leaving the club are Sergio and Verd??. Finally, Zaragoza wants to sell Lafita for seven million Euros.

Sportpaper AS informed on its Wednesday’s issue that Deportivo is interested in the winger/striker/playmaker Javier Camu?as (28, Recreativo de Huelva.). Despite the relegation of his team, the Madrilenian has had a very solid season in Huelva, more specifically; he has scored ten goals in the 34 matches that he has played on the present liga season.

The thing that calls the attention about Camu?as is his versatility; he can play on both wings (he started his career playing on the right) and can also perform as playmaker and striker. For the present season he has completed a very solid couple with Adri??n Colunga, without doubt the best thing shown by Recre on the liga campaign.

According to AS, Camu?as wants to leave Recreativo, because the relegation means to cut by 50% all the players wages, something already contemplated in their contracts. The relationship between Deportivo and Recreativo isn’t good after the conflict for striker Uche, but AS speculated the Andalusian club is open to release the player for €1.5 million. He ends his contract in 2010 and Recreativo paid €600,000 to X?rez for his transfer (2007).

Meanwhile, Pablo ?lvarez seems close to sign his renewal for Deportivo. Depor Sport informed on Wednesday that the player is now studying the last offer presented by the Galician club, and that all appoints he will sign his extension of contract within the next days. It isn’t know yet the exact numbers of years, some sources speculates it’s for two years, but others appoint is for three more seasons.

On Wednesday, the same player was confirming there still some issues to be solved, ?I will renew or I will not renew my contract. I don’t know the percentage of both options, that’s the thing to be discussed between the club and my agent. I will like to know my future, but we’ll have to wait. There are differences related to the duration of the contract and the economic issue. Each side presented their positions and now it’s time to see if we can have an approach. If both sides give something, we could have an agreement.?

The men that could be leaving the club are Sergio and Joan Verd??. The father of Sergio, Avelino Gonzalez, said a few weeks ago that the renewal of his son was 90% sure, but now is saying the chances are just of 25%. The problem is that both sides haven’t reached an agreement about the wages of the player. The case of Verd?? seems to be more clear, Lendoiro raised the offer to the player during a meeting with his agent that took place on Tuesday, but the response was that the midfielder already had a better offer from other Spanish club, information that was confirmed by Depor Sport on Wednesday.

In other market news, AS informed that Real Zaragoza will execute the buyout clause over Angel Lafita during this summer, this after it was speculated that Lendoiro would try to convince the Aragonian club to claim back the player until the year 2010. AS also speculates that the intention of Zaragoza is to sell the winger for at least €7 million, apparently the player doesn’t want to play for Zaragoza and his agent already communicated that he prefers to be sold to a third club.

Finally, La Voz de Galicia informed that Deportivo is interested in ?lex L??pez (21, Nar??n Balomp? Pi?eiros), a playmaker that has performed at Tercera Divisi??n during the last two season. The idea is to sign him for Fabril with the intention of allowing a future promotion to the first squad. The Ferrol-born youngster has also an offer coming from Celta Vigo and Racing de Ferrol.
