All suggest that Lendoiro has almost closed his offensive bet for the next season; the signing of Riki seems to be fulfilled while the incorporation of Bodipo continues to be near. The position that is still uncertain is the goalkeeper's role, Dani Mallo is unhappy with the renovation offer and Aouate is still trying to find an exit from Racing. In other news, Sergio continues to be a desired wish for Espanyol.

Deportivo is waiting to know who will be the starter goalkeeper for the next season. Gustavo Mun??a is the only option left in the squad, but it seems that coach Caparr??s isn't happy with him. Dani Mallo received a renewal offer in the past week, but it seems that it doesn't satisfy his expectations. The media in La Coru?a is speculating that the player's agent (Lito M?guez) will try to negotiate a better deal with Lendoiro in the next days.

Meanwhile sportpaper AS revealed that Depor is still interested in the signing of Dudu Aouate (28). The source claimed that the Galicians are ready to offer €1.5 million with the option of using some players as exchange. But Racing's president, Francisco Pern?a, is still declaring that the Israeli keeper is one of the main stones in his new project.

Aouate has been trying to convince his club about the importance of the deal. According to several papers in Spain, the keeper believes that the offer of €1.5 million is a very attractive amount for the Cantabrian club and for that reason he is pushing Pern?a and has refused to sign a renewal (his contract expires in 2007). The same sources report that Racing will only start to negotiate if the offers reaches the €3 million.

Since a few days ago, the names of the offensive couple that Lendoiro has in mind for the next season are known by the fans: Rodolfo Bodipo (28) and Riki (25). The deal with Alav?s for Bodipo hasn't been closed yet, because the Basque club still own a part of the striker's salary, an amount which reaches €450,000 according to the newspaper El Ideal Gallego. This is the factor that separates Bodipo from Deportivo, but all suggest that this difference will disappear soon. Bodipo will sign a deal for the next five seasons and the transfer will have a cost of €2 million.

The case with Riki awoke several comments and speculations, but it seems that the negotiation was closed on Thursday. Depor Sport informed that the deal was finally signed on that day. It was reported that the transfer will reach the €4 million, but at the end the operation will be closed in €4.5 million including taxes. The Madrilian striker will also sign a deal for five years.

Espanyol's officials are still dreaming of the arrival of Sergio. The initial agreement between Lendoiro and the Catalans was broken since Espanyol wasn't capable to afford the €7 million of the operation. Now, sportpaper El Mundo Deportivo is claming that the price could be reduced to €4 million. They speculate that this is the source that Lendoiro will use in order to finance the arrival of Riki. The deal will also include the debt that Depor has with Espanyol for the first transfer of Sergio and will close the dispute about the arrival of Lopo to La Coru?a.
