Riki is the second player with more offsides in la liga, Marchena is the sixth men with more ball recoveries. Juan Dominguez has the best passing ratio at Depor. Those are some of the stats after ending the first round.

There are several interesting stats regarding the individual performance of the players. First to all to notice that only two man have participated in all the 19 games of the first round: Bruno Gama and Riki, while other two didn’t have any minute within the period: Diego Seoane and Saul Fernandez.

In the end the player with more minutes in the first round was Bruno Gama, the right winger performed for 1,606 minutes within the first 19 matchdays. The other six players with at least 1,200 minutes on the pitch were Pizzi (1,439), Riki (1,384), Aranzubia (1,374), Abel Aguilar (1,336), Álex Bergantiños (1,290) and Carlos Marchena (1,267).

Only eight players scored at least once for Depor. The top-scorers in the first round were Riki and Pizzi, both with six goals added to their tally; to point out that the Portuguese winger is the first midfielder with six or more goals at Depor since Djalminha, who ended the season 1999/2000 with 10 goals. The other six men that scored goals were Abel Aguilar (3), Oliveira (2), Bruno Gama (2), Álex Bergantiños (1), Juan Dominguez (1) and Bodipo (1). The other goal in favour was an own goal (in the match vs. FC Barcelona).

Regarding the assists, Valerón is once again leading this department with five, the other player that gave more than one assist was Pizzi (3). Then, six men gave one assist in this first round: Laure, Bruno Gama, Aythami, Marchena, Evaldo and Álex Bergantiños.

In other offensive stats, Riki was the man with more shots (58), followed by Pizzi (43), Bruno Gama (29), Abel Aguilar (26) and Oliveira (25). Similar are the rankings in terms of shots on target, Riki completed 23, followed by Pizzi (19), Bruno Gama (11), Álex Bergantiños (10) and Oliveira (8). Also, there were ten shots that hit the posts, four of them fired by Pizzi.

A very interesting stat is relating to the passing accuracy. The player at the top of the list –with at least three liga appearances on the first round- was Juan Dominguez, who completed the 86.3% of his passes. He was followed by Laure (84.8%), Aythami Artiles (83.5%), Valerón (82.2%), Álex (81.8%) and Abel Aguilar (81.8%).

In the other hand, the players with the worst passing ratio were: Oliveira (69.20%), Salomão (74.4%), Ayoze (74.42%), Riki (76.30%), Bodipo (76.90%), Camuñas (77.6%) and Manuel Pablo (78.4%).

The player caught in offside in more opportunities was Riki (21), followed by Pizzi (8). The interesting stat is that Riki is the second player in la liga with more offsides, just behind Helder Postiga (30), and above Saviola (20), Negredo (19) and Álvaro Vázquez (18).

Now some defensive stats, the player with more clearances is Marchena (102), followed by Aythami (98), Abel Aguilar (95), Álex Bergantiños (79), Ze Castro (78) and Manuel Pablo (76). Marchena is also leading the department of ball recoveries (188), followed by Álex (124), Aythami (119) and Abel Aguilar (110). In a global sense, Marchena is the sixth player with more recoveries in la liga, just behind Spahic (265), Godín (210), Demichelis (197), Víctor Sánchez (191) and Xabi Alonso (190).

In the other hand, the player that has lost the ball in more opportunities is Bruno Gama (182), followed by Pizzi (177), Riki (149), Abel Aguilar (128) and Valerón (116). The player with more fouls committed is Álex (26), followed by Abel Aguilar (19), Marchena (19), Bruno Gama (17) and Aythami (16). Finally, the player that has received more fouls is Bruno Gama (40), followed by Riki (39), Pizzi (24), Abel Aguilar (24) and Valerón (24).
