The pre-season ended for Deportivo with two friendly games and the week with lesser number of sessions. Six men ended the pre-season injured.

The pre-season is over for Deportivo, it was the week with the lesser number of sessions (5) and the one with the lower intensity as one of the sessions was a massage session, while the other four were short tactical sessions. The decrease is logical taking in mind that the regular season is about to start and is going to be long (42 weeks), therefore it isn’t necessary to force the players.

Depor played the last two friendly games on this week, and both were against other Segunda clubs. First, it defeated CD Lugo (2-1) and later clinched a draw against Real Oviedo (1-1). The Galicians played seven friendly games during the pre-season, they won four matches and drew the other three scoring fourteen goals and only allowing five.

The last week in the pre-season was the only one without exits or arrivals at the first team. The same 24 players (plus the lads from Fabril) continued working at Abegondo. The stage ended with six men injured: Borges, Borja Valle, Christian Santos, Álex Cobo, Francis & Bicho.

Álex Cobo and Bicho are the long-term cases, they practically didn’t take part of the pre-season and their future is uncertain as there’s no room for them at the first team. Francis will probably stay at Fabril.

Borges, Borja Valle and Christian Santos might be available for the debut in liga at Albacete, it will depend of their evolution during the week. Diego Caballo, Uxío Dapena, Carlos López & Mujaid were the Fabril’s players that ended the week working with the first team.
