Despite Deportivo continue winless and that it left a grey impression, the coach and the players are convinced that it meant a step forward.

Luis César Sampedro remains winless with Deportivo, but he tried to keep a positive feeling despite the poor football witnessed at the Riazor, “If we had scored a goal, then the press conference would have been be very different. If we are able to maintain what we did today, I have no doubt that this team will go up very soon. I watch a lot of Segunda football and I see teams winning with much less than what we did today.”

“I am satisfied with the work. I liked what I saw. If we are able to maintain the offensive and defensive rigor, then it has to give us to win many games. Alcorcón is a team at the top that had a bad time on here. If it were a boxing match, then the three judges would have given us the points. I'm leaving hopeful.” He added.

The Galician coach was criticized for not seeing the reality that his team is not winning since matchday 01, and he responded, “I understand that the results influence us to become optimistic or pessimistic, and I understand that, as long as we don’t win, we will be on the spotlight, but today we have done it well. I'd rather prefer to end zero to zero than one to one. And I love the goals, but as the team is, we have to avoid being very beatable.”

Luis César was also criticized for giving a new opportunity to Longo, he responded, “Longo knows that he is not doing a good year, and in each play he wants to redeem himself, and I think that it’s a mistake, if you miss a pass, you must forget and follow.” Then he was asked why Beto da Silva continues to enter until minute 80, “He is among the best at the team, he needs to play at the pace we want, if he continues like this, then he will have more participation and he knows it. Technically he’s great.”

Peru Nolaskoain was trying to see the positive thing from the outcome,  “It's time to keep the positive, but this week we will try to see what we have done wrong in order to go to the next game and get the three points. The team has given everything and I’m satisfied that it has been solid at the back, a different team has been seen and we have managed to keep the clean sheet. It’s true that we lack brightness in attack, but we have given the impression of been brave team and we will stay with that.”

Similar were the comments of Luis Ruiz, “We have been much better than the last matchdays and this draw falls short, because we deserved to win, this point knows like too little, but the feelings are very good. I know that the thing is about points, not feelings, but you start by something. This is the way, it’s true that you leave with the feeling that you haven’t taken the three points, but the victory is much closer than last week.”

At AD Alcorcón, coach Fran Fernández said that he was content with the result as his team committed too many errors, "After what has happened, we are quite happy with the draw, we have endured the last third in which Depor has pushed, because they are in much more need and we have endured it well. We are happy for the seventh game without losing, for making 25 points, which is half of what we want. As seen on the pitch, we have a lot to suffer. It was a game with many errors, inaccuracies and the team lacked more pause."
